Charmaine Cuciak has spent her entire career in banking, finance, management and real estate. Starting out after high school at EST Bank, she quickly became a teller training Specialist but left for a higher paying job running the office of a local HVAC Company, Geisel Heating, Cooling and Plumbing where she kept the books, scheduled service calls and provided assistance to customers over the phone including troubleshooting. She was pursued by another local Company, Lorain County Title Company, and worked for the owners there both as an escrow assistant and later also on their rental properties, some of which are now owned by Petrick Property Group. She also has ran a successful business called "Char's Interiors" for over 20 years. She has been a Property Manager for 18 years. Post high school she has studied Banking, Accounting, Interior Design, and received her Escrow License from the Land Title Institute. She is a certified swimming pool operator and holds national licensing in that as well so that she can also in the summers deliver expert operation of the Meadows Pointe Property swimming pool.  She is very active with her church, has been a professional singer and is a worship leader.
