Sherree Maryash, a mother of two college students and a wife, has been working as a property manager for 24 years. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 and started her career off with operating family-owned real estate properties. In 2019, she sold her properties to the Petrick Property Group and joined the Group; her portfolio expanded from 8 properties to 14 properties, currently managing more than 300 properties. She specializes in customer service and uses this as her motto to provide the best experiences and services to residents that live under her properties.
