We are excited to announce that our Berea apartments are ready for move-in! We currently have two units available, with a third nearly complete. Common Areas & Exterior:
Remodeling is currently underway in the common areas, including new flooring, fresh paint, and an updated mail center. This spring, we will begin exterior enhancements such as power washing, new landscaping, solar lighting for the covered carports, and the addition of pet and child-friendly areas with grills.

Lease Details:

- Rent: $1,050/month (includes water, sewer, hot water heat, and a covered carport with storage).
- Security Deposit: $1,050.
- Application Fee: $55 per adult.
- Laundry: Two washers and two dryers located on the lower level.
- Pets: Allowed with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent.

We are located at 740–750 Prospect Rd., situated between Sprague and the Turnpike bridge. We are just a few minutes from the shopping districts in both Berea and Strongsville. Please note that our permanent signage is currently on order, making the property a bit tucked away at the moment.
